Yes. Centrepoint Chiropractic Clinic is an approved DVA provider. Dr David Chapman (Chiropractor) welcomes Gold and White Card holders. We bill DVA directly — there are no gap fees for eligible veterans. All you need is a referral from your GP on form D904A.

Yes. Dr David Chapman (Chiropractor) accepts GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) referrals — previously known as a CDM plan, EPC plan, GP Management Plan or Team Care Arrangement. Eligible patients with a chronic musculoskeletal condition may access up to 5 Medicare-subsidised chiropractic visits per calendar year. We do not charge above what Medicare pays — meaning eligible patients pay nothing out of pocket.

Dr David Chapman (Chiropractor) assesses and manages a range of musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, posture problems, arthritis, scoliosis, sports injuries, workplace injuries and extremity conditions affecting the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles and feet. Chiropractic care may also assist during pregnancy and for children and families.

No referral is needed for a standard chiropractic appointment. However if you are a DVA cardholder you will need a GP referral on form D904A. Dr David Chapman (Chiropractor) uses five techniques tailored to each individual patient — Diversified Spinal Adjusting, Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), the Activator Method, Trigenics and Extremity Adjusting. This range of techniques means treatment can be adapted for patients of all ages and physical conditions including elderly patients, pregnant women and those who prefer a very gentle approach.

The clinic is located at Shop 7, 25 Morayfield Road, Caboolture South QLD 4510 — just south of Centenary Lakes on the corner of Morayfield Road and Oaklands Drive. Dr David Chapman (Chiropractor) has substantial experience working with elderly patients and uses techniques specifically suited to older patients including the Activator Method — a low-force instrument-assisted technique — and Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) which is very gentle. Treatment is always tailored to the individual patient's age, condition and comfort level.
