Life on acreage keeps you physical. Mowing big blocks, fencing, lifting feed bags, chainsawing, wrangling horses or simply spending the weekend in the garden — it all puts load through the spine, shoulders and knees. After a thorough assessment, I select from five techniques depending on what suits you — from traditional Diversified adjusting to gentle, low-force approaches like the Activator Method, which is often appropriate for older patients or anyone apprehensive about manual adjustments. We accept GPCCMP referrals from your GP with no gap fee above the Medicare rebate, which may assist patients managing chronic conditions such as ongoing back pain or osteoarthritis. HICAPS lets you claim from all major health funds on the spot, and pensioner discounts and junior rates are available.
